Three Little Pigs - AI Story
This project was a technical test for a US-based AI studio. The objective was to adapt the "Three Little Pigs" script into a coherent animated sequence. The primary focus was on maintaining absolute character and environmental consistency across multiple angles and scenes — a critical challenge in professional AI video production.

Our Role
AI Video Director & Motion Designer We managed the full production cycle: from initial character design and environment conceptualization to AI-driven animation, manual compositing, and final sound design. Our goal was to demonstrate a production-ready pipeline where AI tools are controlled by a precise creative vision.

Character Development
To ensure the pigs and the wolf stayed consistent throughout the story, I developed detailed character sheets using Nano Banana Pro. This allowed for stable character features and costume details across different camera setups and animation passes.
The Animation Pipeline
The project utilized a multi-tool AI pipeline. We used Kling 2.6/o1 for complex movements and physics-based interactions, while Higgsfield provided the volume needed for iterative testing. Final polish was done manually in Photoshop and Premiere Pro to maintain visual integrity where raw AI output fell short.
Physics & Dynamic Scenes
One of the key technical hurdles was simulating realistic physics for the wolf’s breath and the destruction of the houses. It required multiple prompt iterations and manual layering in post-production to achieve a believable interaction between the character and the environment.
Sound Design & SFX
A complete soundscape was built using ElevenLabs for both narration and custom sound effects (SFX), paired with Suno-generated musical themes to enhance the narrative atmosphere.
